We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration body.

As a service provider, we are responsible per §7(1) TMG for our own content on these pages under general laws. Per §§8–10 TMG, however, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard begins from the moment we become aware of a specific legal violation. We will remove such content immediately upon becoming aware.

8. Liability for links
